Pros

My current and former colleagues...most of the good ones have left..

Cons

Currently reorganizing (a.k.a retrenching). Letting go of good people that know their stuff. The goal is to have as few Repsol personnel as possible. Every other position will be outsourced. Toxic working environment. Internal politics is the name of the game. If you would like to feel miserable in your working life, do apply. This is a company that does not appreciate their employees.
