Pros

Multinational with international opportunities. Stable company with commitment to green goals. Downstream is strong.

Cons

Conservative business culture, does not invest in people and grinds employees. Talent is not appreciated. Spanish language is dominant and opportunities are closed unless you are fluent. Packages are no longer competitive. Lack of understanding of environments where Repsol is not already a dominant player.

Cost conscious, C level leaders with great visions

Cons

Not enough trust from head quarter, poor execution from the top, too much restructuring, empower contractors more than staffs in projects, poor career development for international offices, did not uphold company values at line levels.
