Pros

Benefits, nothing else. Very wasteful of time and resources. This is not a pro but a sad truth about the way people are treated.

Cons

Beware, training is sabatoged, trainer wasn't happy with her position and wanted her old position back. HR department presents themselves as helpful and understanding, and then stabs you. HR cannot be trusted. Very toxic, hostile work environment
