They are a great company, the quality standards are very high.

Cons

Sectarian politics, a lot of demands on employees and little support. The human factor is their weak point. Degrading treatment of employees.

No careeer development in most cases, no meritocracy and a lot of administrative work.

Good company culture, good work life balance, good training. Not a confrontational work environment. Decent levels of autonomy given to younger staff.

Cons

Erratic management, many layoffs due to bad acquisitions made by poorly thought out management strategies below average compensation and stock options that are never worth anything
