      Good office. Big name on CV. Very knowledgeable colleagues. Flexible hours in down time.

      If you are part of legacy Talisman, the uncertainty is very high and job security is close to none. Reality is that business is business and the company pushes for efficiencies and eliminate redundancies . Hence, layoffs .. Some people are working endless hours for month end and yet run the risk of being laid off which is very hard on morale.
