Pros

It is hard to find much positive with working there. Company is going through re-org after re-org. We have groups around the world that do the exact same thing. We have a disconnected management where upper management says "we want to be the place to work" and then we go through yet another lay-off.

Cons

There needs to some coming together where people work as a team with common objectives not having individuals dictate what they want. There are times for cost efficiencies and to actually do better at what we are doing that we need to change. This company is based on only who you know not what you do and what you accomplish.

Pros

There are really no pros for working at this company, maybe except for 9/80 and 401K benefits.

Cons

1. Absolutely no career progression 2. Very poor management - Executive leaders have no idea what they're doing 3. Very high turnover - Employees are leaving on a weekly basis. 4. Extremely controlled by Corporate office in Madrid who has no idea how North America operations should work. 5. Thinking outside the box is not encouraged. They want you to just be robotic workers and follow instructions (even if the instructions make zero sense). 6. Salary compensation is not comparable to the market. 7. No transparency in how decisions are made. Employees are often left in the dark.
