      Cons

      No salary progression. Shrinking organization, promotions not possible. Annual raises consistently below inflation. Company constantly reorganizing but discourages lateral mobility.

      Company has alot of assets, and has alot of training programs. Also have internal mobility that allow staffs to work over different geographical location.

      Cons

      Very structured company and highly herirachy.
