Pros

Good work/life balance Pretty good pay Good 401k matching Nice office

Cons

-Rampant favoritism -Difficult people are moved from office to office because no one wants to work with them, but they are protected by a few powerful people. - Some leaders are incredibly inappropriate. - Toss-up between who is worse, HR or leadership. - Performance is not accurately evaluated - There are some specialists who do nothing while others are being over-worked. - No one seems to want to invest time into making things better because everyone is looking for an exit. - Talented people are leaving because career development is non-existent.

Pros

It is hard to find much positive with working there. Company is going through re-org after re-org. We have groups around the world that do the exact same thing. We have a disconnected management where upper management says "we want to be the place to work" and then we go through yet another lay-off.

Cons

There needs to some coming together where people work as a team with common objectives not having individuals dictate what they want. There are times for cost efficiencies and to actually do better at what we are doing that we need to change. This company is based on only who you know not what you do and what you accomplish.
