      Good people, good atitude but no exploration big experienced company (downstream original)

      Pros

      People and management are kind and ambitius. Low level of burocracy. Freedom to put your ideas on stream and discussion.

      Cons

      Financially unstable (due to Spain crisis and "strange" main stake holders and now the Chinese take over,,,?). HR doesnt know nothing about the G&G domestic and international market.
