      Pros

      Multi-national company with interesting projects and a diverse workforce. Good hybrid environment and work life balance. If you were in an office in Houston/Madrid it was very different. Most likely better.

      Cons

      Not willing to invest in Canada. Projects didn’t really go anywhere and activity was essentially zero.

      Good work/life balance. Good inclusion policy.

      Cons

      Poor salary policy with tiny payment increasing. Poor career development, almost no promotion. Board politics are not clear handle by upper management, creating uncertainty on employees. Constant change of objectives and priorities.
