Best job I've ever had

Pros

Starting with the interview process, everything was very clear and straightforward. The recruiting team was very responsive and always provided updates after each interview. Once onboarded, the training process was very in-depth, and I really felt like everyone took a great interest in ensuring that I received all the support to be successful in this role. I still feel that support throughout my day-to-day life and could not have asked for a better sales team and organization to be part of. The actual sales process is very simple and to the point. Leadership does a great job of giving AEs the freedom to run their own sales cycle while also lending a helping hand whenever they can.

Cons

The only con that I have is that we are still working through the startup phase of implementing new sales tools and things of that sort, but every month leadership does a great job of ensuring that we have everything we need to be successful.

Pros

I learned a lot from my manager!

Cons

I was not offered payment even after being asked to take on a project for a longer time period than expected for an internship.

Pros

The company presents itself well externally and has a strong market narrative around supporting distributed teams.

Cons

Operational execution does not consistently match the promises made to employees. When issues arise—particularly around core employment matters—communication becomes fragmented, accountability is unclear, and escalation does not lead to timely resolution. Concerns are often acknowledged but not effectively owned or closed. The most troubling aspect is how critical issues are handled once raised. Rather than decisive action, responses tend to focus on process explanations, handovers between teams, and delays, which creates unnecessary stress and erodes trust. For a business operating in payroll, employment, and compliance, reliability and ownership are essential. In my experience, those standards were not met.
