Pros
Remofirst enables companies to build remote teams all over the world and they are living what they sell. The team is fully remote and they are building the most diverse team across the world that I've ever seen for a company of their size. They care deeply about their customers and are building great products. The market opportunity is massive, and there is real customer demand.
Cons
Working across so many timezones can be a challenge. If you aren't comfortable working asynchronously this probably is not a fit for you.
