Pros

Meeting new people, especially my vendors Taking on new task Learning more about the RL Brand

Cons

Where do I begin? -NJ office (very catty) Management and People development, people jump into Manager positions too quickly. No one truly takes the time out to teach and develop employees anymore. Everyone only cares about the title then try to tear down anyone who is under them. But HR doesn’t care about that, they only care about protecting your top management employees.
