Pros

Work associates were wonderful! Majority of the domestic and international teams were such a pleasure! All work essentials are provided, with requests typically honored. Great benefits. Feeling of inclusion. Decent work/life balance, although late nights are needed at times.

Cons

Very political environment, unless you put on your rose colored glasses, which I did for the longest time. On-boarding processes were painful. Pay scales seem to be much less than other employers for the same positions. Upper management positions do seem to be offered much easier here than at other companies, from my experience. Less experience can still entitle you to Director or above, when hired within the company. Understood that this can minimize training for newbies. Work load increases during layoffs can be absolutely stressful and insane. This company is known to layoff employees, without thought to whom the workload is put upon. You handle it, very successfully, until you become one yourself. Just another statistic.

Pros

Great salary well above NYC average. Amazing discounts on RL products/sample sales. Big focus on no harassment or discrimination

Cons

Disorganized, awful communication, cliques/gossip. Team members that misrepresent timelines and projects to buy themselves time for their work while less senior members of the team take the blame. Very structured HR (that no one uses), company values that seemingly no one adheres to. Management randomly "restructures" and lays entires teams off, which keeps everyone in a constant state of fear for their job.
