Pros

clean work environment. easy interview.

Cons

misconceptions and falsely led to believe that certain advancements would happen with in a certain amount of time. Management was immature and was woefully inept to deal with basic tasks with out bringing personal issues as well as jealousy into the picture. Kept employees under a constant state of commitment to the brand by dangling similar promises of advancement. (I turned down another higher paying job for this position because of these promises and felt betrayed by the brand)

Pros

Working with Ralph directly. Gaining valuable design experience. Working with great minds and not so great minds......and being able to know the difference. The discounts. The cache.

Cons

The Emperor has no clothes! Sycophants making obscene salaries convincing each other that they all look great even while their AARP benefits are kicking in. Horrible cult of denial and truly wicked people who have been in power from the very beginning.

Pros

Met some great hard working people. Workers who love the brand and care about it's future. And despite many obstacles they still manage to move mountains.

Cons

Company is sooo top heavy. RL hires people who do absolutely nothing at the company but collect a paycheck. And he empowers coke heads to run his most favorite parts of the business like the in-house stylists. The corporate culture promotes back stabbing, ganging up on each other, not taking responsibility for ones work, bullying and fear. An in-house worker survey revealed wide spread dissatisfaction the the shock if the executive team! This is so telling of what the corporate culture is like. Also, their salaries are a joke!
