Pros

the only thing is the salary and compensation

Cons

Most managers and directors in application development and SAP application were all Indians who were micro managers and kept a very unhealthy and depressive work culture. They laid off American workers and kept Indian workers when the stocks fell last year.

Pros

I started on the corporate side of IT back in 2011 and was looking to grow with the company. The name Ralph Lauren indicates a brand of style, comfort and luxury. They have decent benefits and severance package.

Cons

The new fiscal year has brought about a huge change in the company. The talk of restructuring is just a fancy word for layoffs being inevitable. Entire departments removed or dwindled down to only a few employees. Just ask yourself is now a good time to work for this company. Perhaps it's justified as a contractor or temp. The choice is yours.

Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, great incentives to buy clothing. Respectful understanding managers. We got free meals sometimes.

Cons

Required to wear polo clothing, Management was inconsistent and high turn around of employees was high. I was often asked to work more hours then I wanted, and I had to deal with a lot of angry customers.
