Pros

Great discount & looks great on your resume. You can learn from the best in the business.

Cons

Burnout, small teams dividing intense workloads, systems that glitch often causing mass delays, upper management who don’t know how to talk to their reports with basic human decency, micromanagement of metrics data, policies do not apply to all, difficult deadlines to meet when cross functional teams do not help when needed, mass layoffs, very slow to hire

Pros

Friendly colleagues, inclusive environment, good staff discount, flexibility

Cons

More senior staff is not being managed. Pay is very low for the amount of work you are expected to do. Company values are great, but seems like it’s inly a formality for some of the stores and they don’t follow them
