Good to work with Japanese culture. Good Pay only 60 day notice period

Cons

- Administration is very bad. - Right from Security guard to Directors, they think they are working for Google kind off companies and make policies which are hard for employees. - No appropriate person to resolve your concerns. They play throw ball. Suggestion - No matter how much they agree to pay you, what ever it is, it is not worth it because even security guard acts like boss and stupid management never listens to you.

A Japanese company with a lot of foreigner employees. English is the official language. Open environment, free meals, cafe and gym in company that can see Mt. Fuji. A lot of global businesses, also very famous in Japan.

Cons

Sometimes need to do heavy overtime work depends on team culture and manager. Food in cafeteria is not that good. quite a lot of meetings.
