Pros

Good medical benefits, compensation was good

Cons

No work-life balance, you MUST be there from 9am-5pm no excuses, leadership is a joke, time-off has to be approved by several layers of management, management is inept

Pros

The world is your oyster if you are willing to work for it. There are many divisions, different companies and thousands of roles that can become options for the right employee.

Cons

Culture is a problem, and it is a problem that isn't being addressed. The company has an employee turnover problem and as long as the company is growing, it isn't taking the problem seriously. The culture is most aptly described as 'old-style Japanese management versus the modern worker.'
