Pros

free low quality snacks that you'd rather pay not to eat. always hoovered up in seconds by the boy snack racers.

Cons

where to start? Management is god awful, the only positive reviews written on here must be from the 4-5 managers who protect and promote each other. The direction of everything in the company, from strategy to tech seems to change monthly. There is an internal reorganisation/restructure at least every quarter - which is always a disaster. Training is some of the worst I've ever seen. There were times new employees would be in tears because they've just been left alone for 3 weeks to watch endless mind numbing videos and then thrown into the deep end. Needless to say, turnover very very high. With turnover is so high, they occasionally trick a high potential candidate into joining but you see all the best talent leave after 12 months. Which explains the lack of talent in senior positions. A major issue they have is the least talented employees tend to stay because they have no options and they are the ones promoted into more senior roles - so its a vicious circle of mediocrity. Work life balance - whats that? expect to be in before 8am, work solidly until 7pm and possibly have to go to lousy events in grandad pubs stinking of bleach. Many times, mature and experienced account managers just break down crying at their desk out of the sheer pressure/time constraints and intensity from management. Real boiler room stuff.

Pros

Wide range of services Company benefits Global Encourages everyone to use English Pros totally depends on what team you're assigned to

Cons

Too many organization changes. Management cannot make up their mind. They test out different things on their employees not thinking about the impact. Expect to have atleast 2 organization changes per year. Different process for each team. Expect to use 2 or 3 different tools that does the exact same thing. Changing teams will also introduce new tools that only that team uses. Usually your manager doesn't even know you which is a major cause of demotivated employees.

Cons

There are N number of con some off listed here. 1. Highly political and too much of micromanagement company. 2. There is no recognition for the hard workers and HR has got no powers they just follow the orders from C level leaders. 3. Hikes and promotions is based only on your relationship with Managers(Bucket is very important). 4. Most of the people are frustrated. 5. Stocks are not paid to all. 6. Neither the HR/finance ppl has no control or answer they all talk good English but not helping employees. 7. No carrier development. 8. Only maintaince projects 9. Too much is taken to decide for taking new technology, because managers dont want to given option. 10. Management is crap and just arrange parties for Japan visitors and have photo booth for marketting themselves 11. No Future thinking - plain service company & no actual development To get promoted, No need to work, just improve your show-off or bucket skills and speak same language as management. 12. Please dont hire if you dont have roles.
