Pros
In the Marketing division, the culture is very family-friendly. When my children were sick and I needed to leave to care for them, management was understanding and accommodating, with no pushback. I can’t speak for the entire company, but this was consistently true in my team.
Cons
As a large corporation, there are many approval layers. Depending on the department, moving initiatives forward can be slow, and business units often operate in silos, which makes cross-functional projects challenging.
