Cons

Reluctant to get rid of employees whose attitude and abilities are sub-par, and even those who have already hinder the progress of the company. Lifetime employment is not suitable for every nation of the world

Great company, everyone is always busy. At the time I worked there there were company meetings every morning, that helped motivate employees. Growth and promotions are given regularly

Cons

Several changes made in the company in short amounts of time, Senior Leadership team makes decision without the consultation of the junior level staff

I loved the casual environment. Everyone is pretty much self motivating. Open bar on Thursdays. Great central location in the city. Very tight-knit community among coworkers

Cons

As an intern it's seemed fairly hard to find order; people come in and leave at different times so it's hard to get what you need from everyone.
