      Pros

      There are many self-driven workers who are working hard to reach their target. Target is always high and tough to reach but it is good if you would like to growth fast.

      Cons

      Company is getting bigger, organization is getting bigger, so there are some sectionalism. Sometimes we need to take long time to get authorization from several managers across the department.

      Pros

      One of the most successful and youngest companies in Japan. Colleagues are very energetic and committed to their jobs and I am very happy to work with them.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of cons, but the internal IT system is not very sophisticated. Surprisingly enough, I have to get a lot of things done manually.
