Nice people. Many people are pleasant and easy too work with. Tremendous assets.

Cons

Lots of insecurity in the culture. Channels not meaningfully incentivized to work together. Poor leadership in unifying groups leads to confusion, insecurity and poor execution.

Cons

Long hours, never knowing when you'll have a weekend off, constantly being understaffed, being blamed for problems that should be solved by management.

The company-wide meetings and pamphlets from CEO are mostly irrelevant and borderline Big-Brother. You have to wear name-tags to work.
