Pros

Honestly, one can receive the pros from any other defense company. My experience with this company was horrific and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. • 9/80 schedule • work from home • week holiday break at the end of the year

Cons

• leadership (if you can call it that) is a bunch of bullies. Don’t care about employees. • Poor pay • HR is just as bad. They just try to cover up for managers which makes things worse. Retaliation is very evident here • no work/life balance. Working from home means you should be working at all hours of the night. Work load is unmanageable. • culture takes a toll on mental health •top down communication is horrible • expectations from management aren’t stated, but still expected to be met - make sure psychic is on your resume because that’s what’s expected. • management is for themselves and use employees as shields My advice don’t take their tuition assistance or any sign on bonuses. Don’t trap yourself with this company because you’ll want yo jump ship as soon as possible.

Cons

I worked at the Tewksbury office for 3 months, and after 2 months I was absolutely miserable. When I was hired they just sat me down and never talked to me ever again. My manager was on a completely different team and was unbothered by me. My team leads never gave me any tasks. I sat there are stared at the wall for 3 months. Other new employees tried to facilitate meetings with the senior engineers, and they would often no-show our meetings. My best decision was leaving this place. Since I left, 10 others have left as well. There was zero social aspect, no tasks, no professional development. Terrible.
