      Horrible for Growth and Career Advancement

      Pros

      Well paid. Most of the engineers and security personnel are professional and focused.

      Cons

      Nepotism is rampant. Chief agilist is a zealot who only cliques with certain people. Management is horrible and does not know how to promote from within. PMO offers ver little support to middle management or the skilled engineers and have lack of engagement overall.

      Pros

      You can install and manage whatever OS you want on work machines.

      Cons

      Complete toss up; some people are hired for specific programs, others are hired with no program in mind and sit without work for months. Not good for new grads. This place had a great reputation 15 years ago but has been hemorrhaging talent since the Raytheon acquisition.
