      Great learning experience but still the company culture is stuck in 1950’s mentality.

      Pros

      Learn how to work with advance technology, and team with smart individuals.

      Cons

      There is a layer of management that is the glorified bean counters. They are stuck in their ways as old as 1950 and make very poor discussions because of it. If you’re not part of the “Click” be prepared to get less than what you deserve and watch those who are excel in their careers even if they are poor performers. In this company perception is Key and hard work is expected.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn. It's a challenging environment that tests you every day and prepares you for your next career move. The company works on exciting programs. The salaries are very good. Felt proud to work there.

      Cons

      It's a tough culture, very cut-throat. Toxic. Competitive. There are a lot of good, smart people there. After a while, I couldn't take it anymore. I enjoyed the work but decided I needed to work in a less rigid, less bureaucratic, less toxic culture that would allow me to enjoy my life more rather than being constantly worried about my status at work. I would think twice before going there. Too many mind games.
