      Educational assistance, paternity leave, basic benefits.

      Cons

      Lived through 3 years of a hostile work environment that the HR and Ethics group completely ignored.....this company does not value their employees.

      The benefits at Raytheon are pricey, however, they are active the day you start.

      Pros

      Okay but expensive benefits. A lot of good people to work among. Usually interesting and challenging assignments. Flexible working hours. Office spaces are average. Cafeteria is available but over priced. Nice fitness/workout center.

      Cons

      Huge corporation with slow to react management. Management is busy keeping stockholders happy while people are leaving for better conditions, pay, etc. VERY difficult to get ahead if you're not one of the favorites. It's better to be a contractor than employee. No training budget, so to keep skills current is up to you on your own time. Annual raises are a joke.
