      Great people to work with

      Pros

      Management listens employees Very often, they ask for an opinion in the meetings, etc.. (not very common to have in big companies) Friendly and helpful team Paid Time Off (18 days first 2 years, than 23 days) After 5 years I think it is 28 days Location (San Diego is such a great city to leave)

      Cons

      Not exactly a cons but salary rate is little bit less than avg. Not too bad tho. Company is growing very fast, I believe this will get better as well. Social activities (almost nothing)

      The people low on the totem pole are great to work with. Can work from home when needed.

      Cons

      Most of upper management seems to live in a bubble which they seem unable to break out of.

      Pros

      its a big company so it's got all the resource most big companies do. onsite events, charity work opportunities, holiday parties. the success determinator of your career in the company is solely depends on the team and the leadership the team follows. Some are good, some are stale.

      Cons

      lots of organization changes, higher level management make all the decisions without talking to current employees. no transparency. people get let go right before the holidays. I mean - really?
