its a big company so it's got all the resource most big companies do. onsite events, charity work opportunities, holiday parties. the success determinator of your career in the company is solely depends on the team and the leadership the team follows. Some are good, some are stale.
Cons
lots of organization changes, higher level management make all the decisions without talking to current employees. no transparency. people get let go right before the holidays. I mean - really?
