      Lack of leadership, no strategic plan for future development

      Pros

      Decent benefits, get to work with some very knowledgeable industry colleagues.

      Cons

      Lack of management oversight, manager bullying, HR department has a complete lack of interest in employees, no training/education/mentoring, promotion virtually impossible unless you are close friends with upper management, no respect or concern for clients, out-of-date products and strategies, management will not commit to competing in the digital marketplace. Current leadership of Reed is more like caretakers than innovators.

      Pros

      They offer decent benefits, and have very smart and competent sales team who do value intelligent marketing when they see it. Sadly that's because it's very rare to see at this company in the EMEA region.

      Cons

      The Marketing team suffers from genuinely incompetent senior management in EMEA. Void of creativity and stifled by a lead manager that is entirely comfortable making no effort to integrate with the Sales team. She revels in presenting other peoples ideas as her own, making this place a total disaster from a marketing perspective.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits package, including time off for volunteer work, access to e-Learning is included. Outstanding people to work with, very smart and focused. Would recommend as long as you're in a "hub" city

      Cons

      If you don't work in one of the major hubs you are left out of a lot of things, and they seem to be closing a lot of satellite offices regardless of size.
