      Pros

      Great community feel within team where everyone is there to help you. Good management support and mentoring to shape your career when you know what you want. Many opportunities to gain responsibility and work with big clients from early on. Travelling opportunities.

      Cons

      May not be the place for you if you require a very defined career path with set titles and promotions. Staff are appreciated but there is not a stress on titles and hierarchy.

      Pros

      Highly professional - a lot of independence & co-dependence. On one hand, each employee has own expertise to contribute, but when combined with those of others that's when the company performs exceptionally well. Combining capabilities in highly quality unique content creation, customer insights and engagement, and technology-based analytics, the power of modern day Big Data analytics really empower our customers to make better decisions. It is a demanding environment, having to stay on the edge of new developments and collaborating with a lot of colleagues. But, this environment can be very motivating and one certainly learns a lot from peers.

      Cons

      As a globally operated company, one has to have a very global perspective. When one comes across peers that are narrow-minded, one can lose productivity.
