Fully remote option. Great teams: collaborative, friendly, accepting. Good benefits, very flexible PTO, lots of resources for health, budgeting, diversity, psychological safety, etc. etc. (completely optional to participate or not) and follow-through from top management. Good communications from all levels of management.

Cons

Being a big company, it's sometimes difficult to find the correct person/team/department to get something done. Too many accounts, logins, web sites, etc. to do my work. Not sure how much of my technical/product feedback from customer contacts is being used.
