      Good place to learn. Has a diverse set of needs and issues that new thinking can help solve.

      Cons

      Increases after initial hire are very low. Pays below market for most positions. Few, if any, females in key management spots.

      Flexible Schedule for family life.

      Cons

      RE pre-selects which employees they wish to promote and simply to through the motions of interviewing.Many talented employees went on to better careers elsewhere due to the biased management.

      Pros

      I have learned many technical skills in my 10 plus years at Accuity. It has allowed me to expand my knowledge and grow as a person. Benefits and PTO time is good once you have vested time working for Accuity.

      Cons

      Salary increase has been on the low end the last few years. Often underappreciated for the hard work that you put in. Company moving to a location in 2016 that will make it more difficult for many. A more centralized location I think would have suited many employees.
