Pros

great benefits, pay and commission ok for someone kicking off their career (sales person) and knows how to negotiate, learn about Compliance, KYC and Payments, since 2015 well structured training programme and new starter on-boarding process, great location and superbly nice people, attendance to conferences if you're picked or have valid reason, travelling (but can get exhausting, too)

Cons

senior management short-sighted, zero transparency in course of strategy, sudden redundancies caused by sudden change of strategy (fear among sales people who could be hit next), SM treat all markets in the same way resulting in frustrated sales people, target distribution unfair for new starters, pretty much everyone outside sales is not recognized, aggressive targets lead to uncontrolled sales causing relationships to customers being destroyed, old tech equipment (or those which are new are poor quality), little back office support to pick up the sales (investing in sales people but neglect back office resources), little career progression (if you don't stay in sales there is little you can go to)

Pros

The PTO benefits are great with 18 days before 2 years and 23 days after. 401k match 3% at 100%. The team is friendly and helpful. We also have many fun events like lunches and birthday parties. Development technology is fairly up to date. Tools are decent. Two monitors. No SSDs. AGILE Methodology. Three-week sprints. Online technical training available.

Cons

Low pay. Hiring only entry-level and h 1 b to save money. Culture of blame. Project estimations haircut and then identify problem as a person. No transparency. Decisions made behind closed doors and frequently without logical explanation. Leadership is… ‘we need X, so tell me how you’re going to do it’
