Pros

They have a laid back atmosphere around the office, people are friendly and usually willing to help you out.

Cons

Oxford office is in the middle of nowhere, next to Oxford Airport. If you don't have management on your side, you'll be feeling a lot of pressure and it's unfair how people are treated once they have been singled out.

This is a 21st century information and analytics group, one of the few media companies to successfully navigate the journey from print to online. The group is market leader in almost everything it does, combining content, data, technology and analytics to make a real difference for customers. It helps scientists make new discoveries, doctors save lives, lawyers win cases and police catch criminals. It's successful, innovative, with quality products making a difference for society. It's also an outstanding employer.

A few parts of the organisation are still struggling to generate significant top-line growth, which makes for a challenging environment.
