      Very Stable with a very high retention ratio. Average employee is 8-10 Years.

      Cons

      a bit disconnected between departments due to the size of the company, and a bit antiquated in some of there business practices

      Pros

      It is a great place to work. It has been 6.5 years, I am associated with Elsevier and there has been abundant learning in the last 6.5 years. It is an employee driven organization that focuses on employee satisfaction. It is a great company to work with. I am proud to be a part of RELX.

      Cons

      The training programs that is handled with the in house employees 'Train the trainer' is not really working well, Generally all employees do not imbibe the learning from someone whom they know well. Especially soft skills.
