      Central location in Holborn, some great colleagues, good working hours and vacation days

      Cons

      Some managers work in the company since their graduation and do not see beyond Accuity: micro-management, control, extensive training instead of being in front of a client are all but wrong techniques to manage people. It's better to be born in Accuity to succeed in Accuity. Novelty is not welcome. Sales pitch is a key to success, even on product-oriented roles.

      Low pay wage No opportunity to grow Lack of communication Bad location (Evanston is very hard to get to and the parking provided is 2 blocks away) Data team is the worst department and doesn't have any privileges compare to other departments

      Complex, silos everywhere, lacks vision, and as many others have noticed, a penchant to overlook high-flyers. Anglo-Dutch leadership is out of touch and has been since the 1990s.
