Pros

When i first joined this workplace it was heaven. You have flexibility however micromanagement spoils everything. Good pay. When you get a good manager you can survive.

Cons

Where to start you have to let go of all your values if you are going to join the company at this stage as many things have changed. You need to agree to every thing that your immediate manager asks you to do. There are lot of incapable managers due to which employees will have to suffer. Lot of politics if they decide something you have to abide. The workload calculation is an absolute non sense The journal managers will be overloaded and also will be asked to work on continuous improvement to move on the ladder If you have a concern you cannot voice out to anybody as they are all in an understanding including the HR The conduct meeting regarding diversity inclusions however that's just an eyewash.. these are not practiced by anybody from the management team

Good work life Balance. Strong focus on giving back for good causes .

Cons

Mediocrity is the norm. Only way to climb the ladder is to suck your way up. If you ain’t Dutch you ain’t much. Ends matter means don’t . Limited scope for innovation.
