      Pros

      Cutting edge technology and data use issues make this a rewarding and stimulating company to be inhouse counsel. There also are great career opportunities as one becomes more senior.

      Cons

      We work hard. It is sometimes challenging to be promoted from one division to another. It is also challenging to change geographies even though the company is global.

      Pros

      I have to say I’ve had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience since applying for the role at RELX through to the current day. The recruiter was so warm and friendly from my initial call with her and I instantly knew it was somewhere I wanted to work. I joined during the pandemic, and my colleagues have made me feel so welcome albeit virtually and my manager has been so kind, caring and professional. I can definitely see myself working here for years to come and enjoy the fast paced nature of the role.

      Cons

      Not being able to meet my colleagues yet face to face, however that’s due to the pandemic rather than RELX - so no cons!
