The PTO is very generous and there is good work-life balance with everyone typically working remotely.

Cons

There is a high degree of micromanagement at times and more bureaucracy than necessary for a department and company of this size. Change comes very slowly.

I've recently join the group. Amazed with the infrastructure and opportunities the company offer. Basically if you love what you do and passionate about it, great adventures/opportunities are waiting for you ahead.

Cons

It seems a bit challenging at the beginning, but by time it gets better and you find your place.
