RCH is undergoing significant growth in clients, products and staff. To accomplish this we really strive to work together as a family to ensure that as we grow we remain true to our culture and remain dedicated to delivering with excellence. We maintain a very flat organizational structure and work hard to ensure that everyone has their voice heard, has various options for creating their own career path and can contribute their unique skills in a very team oriented environment. We Some of the comments have referenced staff augmentation as what we do, and while we do this in some cases if the client requires it, our preferred method of servicing our clients is through our managed services model.

I have been fortunate enough to work for RCH for over 5 years. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. The RCH leadership team has provided great mentorship and support over the years. They genuinely value their employees and strive to help each member of the team to succeed.
