      Pros

      RCH Solutions truly care about their employees. Everyone's opinion matters no matter what role they are on the team. The team continues to push one another to get better and be the best they can be. The work/life balance is amazing and is one of the core values of Respect Boundaries and Balance. I could not ask for a better company to work at. RCH listens to their employees which is a testament of the culture and character of the organization. This is a company that truly takes care of one another!

      Decent place to work until contract ends

      Pros

      Remote work is nice, direct manager was very supportive, CEO is a great guy. Customers were generally easy to work with.

      Cons

      They will get rid of you as soon as the contract with the customer is up. I had heard about a few other contracts they were going to put me on until 2 weeks before the contract was up when they let me know they didn't have any more work for me. If you're a programmer you're basically on your own, everyone else works on different projects and can't really help you with development.
