      Pros

      RCH has proven to nothing short of a breadth of opportunity for both career advancement and learning. A company that claims priority for its team members, quality of solutions, and balance and backs up these claims via its core values and leadership. And the types of problems we're asked to solve are ever changing per the demands of Life Sciences, making this place an exciting and fun place to work.

      Pros

      Not spread too thin, not oncall(first time in forever), attentive upper management. Good team mates who will help in any situation.

      Cons

      As we are growing rapidly, sometimes things get missed. However I see that changing for the better as we learn how to deal with the growth. Would like a more clear direction of career path, but that is also up to me.

      Pros

      RCH is undergoing significant growth in clients, products and staff. To accomplish this we really strive to work together as a family to ensure that as we grow we remain true to our culture and remain dedicated to delivering with excellence. We maintain a very flat organizational structure and work hard to ensure that everyone has their voice heard, has various options for creating their own career path and can contribute their unique skills in a very team oriented environment. We Some of the comments have referenced staff augmentation as what we do, and while we do this in some cases if the client requires it, our preferred method of servicing our clients is through our managed services model.

      Cons

      I am not sure it is a "con" but as any company that is undergoing growth, there are pains associated with that growth. We are working hard to put the right infrastructure in place without placing undue burden on our staff or clients. Fortunately we have maintained a very open environment and we work together to smooth out any bumps in the road we encounter.
