      Decent place to work until contract ends

      Pros

      Remote work is nice, direct manager was very supportive, CEO is a great guy. Customers were generally easy to work with.

      Cons

      They will get rid of you as soon as the contract with the customer is up. I had heard about a few other contracts they were going to put me on until 2 weeks before the contract was up when they let me know they didn't have any more work for me. If you're a programmer you're basically on your own, everyone else works on different projects and can't really help you with development.

      Leadership is engaged and genuinely cares about its team. The business is growing and continues to seek and hire great talent. Company values are weaved into all operations, and it's very evident that the company wants to build its workforce through smart and engaged employees who share and celebrate the same values.

      None - all of my experiences have been very positive.
