Pros

The people you work with. I can honestly say I like 90% of the people I work directly with. Flexible-ish working hours.

Cons

Large, corporate culture. Inability to implement innovative marketing ideas due to red tape and business unit inaction. Employees don't have the opportunity to immerse themselves in lots of different responsibilities because every role is segmented.

Pros

They had a nice corporate office. The setting was not set up as a very collaborative environment, but meetings were often staged when appropriate.

Cons

Very quiet. There's a big corporate feel to the work place.
