Pros

The people you work with. I can honestly say I like 90% of the people I work directly with. Flexible-ish working hours.

Cons

Large, corporate culture. Inability to implement innovative marketing ideas due to red tape and business unit inaction. Employees don't have the opportunity to immerse themselves in lots of different responsibilities because every role is segmented.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
