Pros
Even though, this is a consultancy company in Spain, it's not similar to the common ones in the sense of not having to stay extra hours for no reason, is work remote-friendly, people it's nice and in my case, my project is for the long run, so it is stable. In terms of salary, I believe it is fine (when entering). Bonus are ok.
Cons
- You won't receive the bonus during the first year - Salary increase is feasible, but is quite standard for everyone, in two years I had a raise of 4K annually (2k per year). - Internal software are old school, but this does not interfere with the project itself.
