      Pros

      The company takes care of the people and is interested on the persons well being. Regardless the restrictions from the burocracy of a big company the different administrative processes are fast and the managers are very proactive.

      Cons

      If you are working as a consultant with a customer the stability of the job depends on the project, however, if a project inadvertently ends they try to place you under another one or assign administrative tasks, it will always depend on the project itself.

      Typical things for a large company that wants to continue growing: procedures and processes for employees that are sometimes somewhat complex. Sometimes, a lot of bureaucracy.

      Pros

      My manager trusts my development. I think I am well valued and my job is recognized in the company. They have given me tools to be able to grow professionally. I have a fantastic manager who has fought hard for my salary improvement (which was quite small). Very good work-life balance.

      Cons

      The functions of each post should be better defined to avoid confusion and misunderstanding. I think the salary could improve a bit more, taking into account inflation in Spain.
