      Pros

      Great location, professional work environment, good benefits, constantly challenged to learn and expand my knowledge and skillset. QAD believes in rewarding those who are working hard and succeeding.

      Cons

      The salaries for more experienced positions at QAD might be a bit lower compared to other companies. I can't think of anything else for now.

      Pros

      If you can stay under the radar of top management you may like working here. The diverse multicultural employee base makes it interesting and educational, benefits are average, environment beautiful, and semi flexible work hours with 50 hour work weeks.. Strategic direction is communicated weekly to management which is nice.

      Cons

      Loyalty to employees is definately old-school thinking and most days you are worried you may lose your job... layoffs seem to happen quarterly and even the brightest are dismissed with ease. Salaries are low unless you are management level. Promotions and raises are rare.
